How do I get a copy of my WIN/LOSS statement for my Taxes?

There are two ways to request your Win/Loss Statement from Ute Mountain Casino: Come into the casino and request a copy at the Mountain Rewards Club desk. When doing so, please provide your Player’s Card and photo identification. You can now request your Win/Loss Statement online here.

The Sleeping Ute RV Park is now open year-round. You can now request a reservation online for your RV, Camper or Tent Site here.

Are the Travel Centers still open?

Can I still smoke inside the Casino?

No, in an effort to provide a healthier environment we are going non-smoking property-wide. There will be designated smoking areas for guests that are outside of the casino. All Tobacco, Chewing Tobacco, Vaping products and Cigars will no longer be allowed anywhere on the property.
