Entrants, participants, and spectators hereby release the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel or any of its employees or volunteers by entering the Ute Mountain Casino’s Super Show from any and all damages, injuries, losses, accidents, or claims suffered by entrants, family, or persons or guests or spectators, to his or her person or property.
Furthermore, I release the rights of any pictures or videos taken at the Ute Mountain Casino’s Super Show. I fully acknowledge and accept the rights of the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel to use such media materials.
